Spanning over 16,000 square feet, this new facility has been thoughtfully curated as an immersive environment, designed to engage and welcome Ellington Properties’ new and existing customers. Once complete, the space will feature an interactive experience centre offering deeper insight into the properties, a dedicated sales centre for client engagement, office spaces for operational support, and two fully designed show units showcasing Ellington’s design philosophy, layouts, and materiality.
The milestone was marked by a formal signing ceremony led by Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at DMCC and Joseph Thomas, Co-Founder at Ellington Properties, alongside Paul Ashton, Chief Property Officer at DMCC and Elie Naaman, Co-Founder and CEO at Ellington Properties.

وفي بلغرافيا، تستحضر لوحة “باقة النخيل” التراث المحلي، عبر الرموز والحرفية التقليدية.
أما في إيتون بليس، فيُعاد توظيف الأخشاب المتبقية من موقع البناء في عمل “V”، لتولد كعمل فني جديد يحمل بعدًا ثقافيًا متجددًا.

“Into the Shallows” by Dubai-based artist Madiha reflects the movement and shifting tones of the ocean through layered acrylic and metallic textures. Installed in the Belgravia III Residence Club, the piece introduces a sense of calm and depth to the space.
